Qualifications

• 1+ years in security operations, monitoring, dispatch, or similar role.
• Experience in a 24/7 SOC or RSOC environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalation protocols under time pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication for operational docs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, alarms and dashboards in real time.
• Serve as primary intake point for security incidents via multiple channels.
• Triage events to determine priority and escalation level.
• Document incidents and outcomes in designated systems.
• Provide timely updates during ongoing incidents.
• Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate actions.
• Participate in shift handovers to maintain continuity.
• Escalate incidents exceeding thresholds to leadership.
