Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency.
• Monitor CCTV and report unusual activity to the Line Manager/Security Officer.
• Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication.
• Keep a record of incidents and report these to the Security Officer on duty.
• Monitor vehicle and staff movements.
• Report any alarm activations to the Security Officer.
• Answer all calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously.
