Qualifications

• The Tele-Collector Associate handles delinquent accounts with professional, compliant customer service.
• Candidates will work within a regulated debt-collection environment and maintain accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily collection reports, including Daily Collection Report and Collection Summary Report.
• Manage delinquent accounts and collection strategies, offering loan restructuring options, negotiating Dacion arrangements, and endorsing for TPSP where needed.
• Engage clients via calls and approved channels, negotiate payment arrangements, monitor PDCs, and handle closed accounts.
• Process cheque replacement requests and send SOAs through the centralized system.
• Maintain up-to-date client and account records in the CRM system.
• Prepare, review, and endorse delinquent accounts for further collection action per procedures.
• Meet collection targets with an initial three-month quota equivalent to 2% of the total portfolio.
