Job summary

SB Finance is seeking a Field Collector to perform field collection activities and provide telephony support as needed. The role includes locating delinquent clients and updating contact information for effective collections.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of relevant experience, a 2-year college education or Senior High, and a valid driver's license; motorcycle driving is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years work experience in collections, customer service, or field operations
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 2-year college education or Senior High Graduate
• Driver’s license required; motorcycle driving preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs field visitation/collection on delinquent accounts and negotiates immediate payments
• Probes and establishes contacts during field visits
• Performs occasional repossession support with Field Officer or Field Supervisor
• Prepares recommendations for escalation (fraud, legal endorsement, etc.)
• Offers payment options based on Risk Mitigation Policy
• Maintains accurate records of collection actions in the system
