Global Payments Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced BPO Trainer to deliver engaging and structured learning sessions, develop employees' product and process knowledge, and support operational performance onsite at Vertis North.

Candidates with background in BPO training within Financial Services or Technology accounts are preferred. Must have proven training delivery, coaching, and English communication skills; willing to work onsite and handle shifting schedules.

Formación

• Required: Previous BPO training experience.
• Experience facilitating training sessions, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver structured training using established materials and course content.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including morning, mid, and graveyard shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver training programs covering payment-processing products, processes, and technologies.
• Facilitate structured training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update training materials based on process, system, regulatory, and business changes.
• Assess learner understanding and training effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to help employees improve their performance.
• Support onsite client training activities alongside senior trainers or managers.
