Job summary

Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking an energetic Operations Trainer to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for internal and external customers.

In this role, you will facilitate structured training sessions, maintain training content aligned with regulatory mandates, support on-site client training initiatives, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Trainer to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for internal and external customers. In this role, you will facilitate structured training sessions, maintain training content aligned with regulatory mandates, support on-site client training initiatives, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs and technical content by following established course syllabi, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.

• Maintain existing training materials and systems updated based on system development, regulatory changes, and payment brand compliance.

• Participate in on-site client training and support, partnering with senior trainers and managers as needed during deliveries, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Assess training outcomes to determine if business objectives are met and follow up to drive continuous operational improvement.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Basic presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, and flexibility for shifting/rotational schedules.

• Tenured Customer Service Representatives (CSR) or Technical Support Representatives (TSR) with coaching, mentoring, or SME experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• At least 1+ year of relevant experience managing the full training lifecycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation) (preferred).

• Relevant training certifications demonstrating facilitation or instructional design capabilities (preferred).

• Proficiency in a second language or training experience within a BPO, contact center, FinTech, or technology environment (preferred).
