Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1 year of BPO experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility for shift work, including holidays. Open to undergraduates or graduates who completed at least one year of college.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates or college undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college.
• Must have at least 1 yr BPO work experience.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao and Mandaluyong (Boni).
• Strong communication skills.
• Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• CSR provides customer service support per scope of work and service level requirements.
• Ensure call quality and meet customer care standards and resolve issues promptly.
