Job summary

Accenture Philippines is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver quality customer support, adhere to SLAs, and resolve issues promptly. The role is onsite in Cubao or Mandaluyong.

Open to graduates or undergraduates with at least 1 year of BPO experience; strong communication; willing to work shifting schedules including holidays.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates or undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college.
• Must have at least 1 yr BPO work experience.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao and Mandaluyong (Boni).

Responsibilities

• CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
