Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer for Construction to join our onsite day-shift team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will provide administrative support to the estimating and project teams, handle tender inquiries, procure pricing, and manage tender and contract documentation across multiple projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of administration experience in construction, strong attention to detail, and competence in reading drawings, with solid written communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administration experience in construction, building products, or trade services.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent document control skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (basic level acceptable).
• Strong written communication skills for client and contractor correspondence.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of OH&S administration and an understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the estimating and project teams.
• Assist with client enquiries and prepare tender documentation.
• Procure supplier pricing and review tender addendums.
• Manage tender documentation and maintain CRM records.
• Follow up on submitted tenders.
• Review contract registers and prepare estimating handover documents.
• Maintain and issue contract drawings.
• Manage quality assurance documentation and support compliance audits.
• Load projects into internal systems.
• Prepare progress claims and compliance certificates.
