Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of construction terms.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn construction-related software.
• Familiarity with the Imperial measurement system.

Responsibilities

• Processing and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Obtaining and processing submittals.
• Managing material lead item logs.
• Processing change orders.
• Processing billings.
• Updating plans with revised documents.
• Assisting the project team with other tasks as required.
