Position: Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative

100% onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Call potential clients (leads) to introduce real estate services.
• Follow up with prospects who showed interest in buying or selling property.
• Set appointments between interested clients and real estate agents.
• Confirm meeting dates, times, and locations.
• Ask basic questions to understand the client’s needs (buying, selling, renting).
• Determine if the lead is serious and ready to speak with an agent.
• Record the appointment in the system.

Job Requirements

• Atleast 6-month BPO experience
