Lead brand strategy and commercial performance for Oncology BU, driving sales growth, market share, and profitability through marketing initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

You will identify market opportunities, strengthen partnerships with healthcare professionals, and support successful product launches to achieve business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• At least 5 years of progressive directly related experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Substantial and relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Proven track record in Oncology is highly preferred.
• Experience in Access Projects is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and commercial performance for the Oncology Business Unit, driving sales growth, market share, and profitability through effective marketing programmes, pricing strategies, and physician engagement.
• Analyse market trends and sales data.
• Build relationships with key healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify new product opportunities and support successful product launches.
