Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company for a Medical Science Liaison in Oncology. The role is onsite with field work in Taguig City and reports to the Country Oncology Head.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as Medical Science Liaison, preferably in Oncology.
Strong scientific and clinical acumen in oncology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to interpret and discuss complex clinical data with credibility.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70–80%).

Responsibilities

Serve as scientific expert and trusted partner to oncologists, investigators, and healthcare stakeholders.
Identify and map key oncology KOLs, investigators, and cancer centers.
Communicate non-promotional scientific data with fair balance of benefits/risks.
Glean insights from the field to inform medical strategies.
Support medical education initiatives (advisory boards, MEPs, focus groups).
Assist clinical evidence generation activities with Global Medical teams.
