You will develop customer insights, guide multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, train the sales force, and collaborate across regulatory, market access, finance and COE to deliver integrated marketing plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product/brand management in healthcare, pharmaceutics, or marketing in a multinational company.

Aufgaben

• Develop robust marketing insights for the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus.
• Maintaining up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Develop portfolio for Oncology/Haematology, aligning brands and enabling sales to meet targets.
• Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives to strengthen campaigns and engage stakeholders.
• Manage promotional budget to optimize channel mix strategies across campaigns.
• Advise on optimal channel use to bring Brand Story to life across teams.
• Engage key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives and CLM process.
• Lead digital listening and channel research to inform brand insights and market dynamics.
• Coordinate market research with COE for Brand Planning and Patient Journey.
• Provide product training and role play sessions to sales for better product knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, market access, finance, business development and COE on campaigns.
• Support product listing with government and private hospitals.
