Qualifications

• Educational background in Science, Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 2 years in product management/marketing in healthcare or pharma.
• Experience in Oncology/Haematology portfolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust marketing insights for the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus.
• Engage with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand customer perspectives.
• Develop portfolio for Oncology/Haematology and enable the sales team to meet targets.
• Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and customize content for CLM.
• Manage promotional budget and optimize channel mix for campaigns.
• Guide use of channels to ensure Brand Story is consistently conveyed.
• Engage key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives by the Infield team.
• Lead digital listening and market research to strengthen insights.
• Coordinate market research with COE for Brand Planning and Patient Journey.
• Provide product training and role-play sessions to sales teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns.
