Job summary

IBM Consulting in Metro Manila is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support onboarding procedures for selected candidates. You will collaborate with the recruitment team and third-party vendors to ensure candidates are processed accurately and expediently.

In this on-site role, you will monitor onboarding progress, coordinate background checks and medicals, prepare and send offers, arrange travel, manage relationships with Talent Advisors and applicants, and assist with payroll requests for new

Qualifications

At least 1 year in Customer Service or office roles using phone and computer.
At least 1 year experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing.
Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and consistency in interactions.
Willingness to work night shifts on site.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates by monitoring progress in every step of the process.
Through phone calls and emails, setting up candidates for their background checks, secure identification fingerprinting and pre employment medical exam
Prepare and send job offer letters
Handle the travel arrangements for candidates when necessary, including hotel accommodation
Manage relationships with Talent Advisors, applicants, and the client’s administrative personnel
Process the payroll requests for new hires and returning employees
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
