Job summary

Blue Grid Solutions Network Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for the Central Luzon, Philippines region.

This role will lead clients through the complete onboarding journey, coordinating technical setup, validating integrations, and ensuring smooth activation of managed services. You will work with engineering, project management, and customer success teams to configure accounts, document milestones, and provide clear timelines and updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in customer onboarding and client onboarding to manage end-to-end implementation.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret requirements, assess risks, and propose solutions during onboarding.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems with meticulous documentation.
• Background in IT services, managed services, or technology consulting is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site in Central Luzon, with a process-driven approach and privacy/security focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the end-to-end onboarding process from requirements gathering to activation of managed services.
• Coordinate technical setup and configure accounts in collaboration with engineering, project management and customer success teams.
• Validate system integrations and document onboarding milestones for stakeholders.
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems; resolve onboarding-related issues.
• continuously improve onboarding documentation and workflows to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
