We are looking for an Onboarding Associate to support the end-to-end onboarding and operational management of 2W biker partners. The role is part of a fast-paced driver operations environment and covers document verification, system activation, onboarding events, field support, biker kit releasing, and inventory management.
The role will work across different operational areas depending on daily requirements and may support the broader driver lifecycle, including onboarding activities, field operations, partner coordination, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage biker onboarding requirements, including document verification, TFR monitoring, system uploads, account activation, and onboarding records.
- Support onsite and offsite onboarding activities, including field visits, venue coordination, event readiness, and partner turnout.
- Coordinate onboarding communications, including confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and partner requirements.
- Process system activation, ID capture, newbie top-ups, and biker kit releasing while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor biker kit inventory and onboarding assets, maintain proper records, and report discrepancies or missing/damaged items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, operations, driver operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting driver/partner lifecycle operations such as sourcing, onboarding, performance and safety, retention/engagement, or offboarding is highly preferred.
- Experience in operations rather than purely HR or administrative onboarding is preferred.
- Experience in a similar mobility, logistics, delivery, or platform-based industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- Comfortable using internal systems for data entry, account activation, and document uploads.
- Willing to travel for offsite onboarding activities.
- Willing to work Saturdays and support weekend operational requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability in handling documents, inventory, and assets.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced field operations environment.
