KMZD GROUP in Makati is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of last-mile delivery riders. You will work with hub teams to ensure riders are properly deployed and report daily attendance.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets. Fresh graduates with 6 months of experience are welcome. Field visits may be required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in manpower agency operations, logistics, recruitment, field operations, or rider management is an advantage.
Experience handling delivery riders, field personnel, or high-volume manpower accounts is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational concerns simultaneously.
Willing to conduct field/hub visits when necessary.
Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of last-mile delivery riders.
Monitor daily rider attendance, schedules, deployment, and manpower requirements.
Ensure riders report to their assigned hubs and are properly deployed according to operational needs.
Track rider performance, productivity, attendance, and compliance with company and client requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated rider records, employment documents, attendance records, and deployment reports.
Coordinate with SPX hub/site personnel regarding manpower requirements, rider concerns, and operational issues.
Assist in addressing rider concerns involving attendance, scheduling, payroll, incentives, deployment, and other employment-related matters.
Monitor rider compliance with operational procedures, safety requirements, and client policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering headcount, attendance, attrition, deployment, and rider performance.
Follow up on absent, inactive, resigned, or underperforming riders and coordinate appropriate replacement or redeployment.
Support rider retention initiatives and help reduce manpower shortages and attrition.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of rider vacancies.
Conduct or assist with rider orientations, briefings, and policy updates.
Escalate operational and employee-related concerns to the appropriate supervisor or account manager.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
