Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Insights and Enablement Lead to architect launch tracking and data strategy, safeguarding data integrity across cross-functional teams. You will lead a high-performing analytics group and partner with Solutions Enablement, Product, Technology, and Operations to drive transformative insights.

You will translate complex metrics into optimization strategies, deliver real-time dashboards, and guide capacity planning and governance to sustain business growth at Maya.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in operational analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong SQL expertise: writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries across large data sets.
• Proven BI, analytics, and reporting experience to transform data into insights.
• Deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience with data ingestion, cleansing, ETL mapping, transformation, and consolidation of multiple sources.
• Experience in Data Mining, Analysis, and Investigation; fintech/finance/tech exposure is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau and Databricks is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish, standardize, govern launch validation frameworks, data quality rules, and visualization standards across the team.
• Deliver scalable BI infrastructure via Tableau and Databricks, removing data silos and ensuring post-launch visibility.
• Act as primary consulting partner to Operations, Product, and Technology; translate multi-source data into strategic actions.
• Provide actionable root-cause analyses and data narratives to unblock dependencies and optimize workflows.
• Manage workload, prioritize ad-hoc/recurring requests, and mentor Senior Analysts.
• Build and maintain a high-performing analytics team delivering accurate insights on deadlines.
• Develop a data strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives including validation procedures and analytics delivery.
• Deliver Executive BI dashboards and operational health scorecards for leadership visibility into risks and performance.
• Produce Strategic Insights and Transformation briefs highlighting gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Drive team performance and talent development within the analytics function.

About the Role

The Senior Insights and Enablement Lead serves as the architect of the overarching launch tracking and operational data strategy, safeguards cross-functional data integrity, and leads a high-performing team of analysts. As a strategic partner to the Solutions Enablement Architect, Product, Technology, and Operational Leadership teams, the incumbent transforms complex metrics into optimization strategies that drive operational transformation, minimize implementation risks, and support sustainable business growth.

What You Will Do

• Establish, standardize, and govern launch validation frameworks, data quality rules, and visualization standards across the Operational Optimization and Transformation Team.
• Deliver a highly scalable, centralized, and reliable business intelligence infrastructure through Tableau and Databricks that eliminates data silos and ensures post-launch data visibility.
• Serve as the primary consulting partner to Operations, Product, and Technology leaders, translating multi-source data insights into high-impact operational strategies.
• Provide actionable root-cause recommendations and strategic data narratives that help unblock cross-functional dependencies, reduce error rates, and optimize operational workflows.
• Manage workload allocation, prioritize both ad-hoc and recurring data requests, and provide direct technical and professional mentorship to Senior Analysts.
• Build and maintain a high-performing analytics team that consistently delivers accurate insights while meeting operational and project deadlines.
• Develop and maintain an Operational Optimization and Transformation Data Strategy that standardizes data validation procedures and analytics delivery frameworks for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Deliver Executive Business Intelligence dashboards and operational health scorecards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into operational risks and performance.
• Produce Strategic Insights and Transformation Briefs that identify operational performance gaps, system friction points, and optimization opportunities supported by quantitative analysis.
• Drive team performance and capability growth through performance management and talent development initiatives that strengthen the technical expertise of the analytics function.

What You Need To Succeed

• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in operational analytics, data mining, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries across large and complex databases.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting tools used to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Deep understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and the systems that support organizational operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights and recommendations from large datasets.
• Experience in data integration, including data ingestion, cleansing, ETL mapping, transformation, and consolidation of multiple data sources.
• Proven experience in Data Mining, Analysis, and Investigation; experience in product triage or post-launch tracking is an advantage.
• Extensive experience within Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, or Technology industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and other business intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decisions across Operations, Product, and Technology organizations.
