You will collaborate with Recruiting, Trust & Safety, Delivery, and Program teams to ensure onboarding programs launch on time and continually improve.

Your work includes building modules, FAQs, quizzes, and knowledge checks, evaluating contributor readiness, and maintaining trackers and dashboards for transparent project updates.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a metric-driven environment (operations, production, or customer support).
• Moderate to advanced Excel and Power BI with ability to build trackers and readiness reporting.
• Familiarity with AI concepts including LLMs, prompting, annotation, and search relevance.
• Experience with ticketing or contributor support platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; explain policies clearly.
• Flexibility to support changing program needs and night shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up onboarding workflows and launch materials for new and expanding projects.
• Create and maintain enablement materials: modules, FAQs, exercises, quizzes, knowledge checks.
• Evaluate contributor qualifications, maintain records, manage access and assignments.
• Respond to contributor questions and tickets; escalate when needed.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards; provide project updates; flag risks.
• Analyze onboarding and performance issues; develop clarifications or refresher content.
