Job summary

ERNI Development Center Philippines Inc. in Mandaluyong seeks an AI/LLM Support Engineer to bridge operations, development and business stakeholders. You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot integrations, support AI-enabled applications, and document solutions.

Work setup is Hybrid with onsite at least once a week; schedule 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Manila time. Engagements are project-based or staff augmentation for at least 1 year, with global collaboration on Databricks and cloud workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting AI-enabled apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with logging analysis ability.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and troubleshoot integrations across AI platforms.
• Support AI-enabled applications and maintain reliable services.
• Document solutions and maintain technical runbooks.
• Collaborate with global teams to diagnose issues and improve operations.
