Job summary

John Hancock in the Philippines is seeking a Conversion Senior Coordinator to manage end-to-end processing of new business cases, from applications and recordkeeping to contract number assignment and onboarding requirements.

You will collaborate with teams, perform accuracy checks, and ensure service levels, including being on-call on Saturdays and holidays. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; open to fresh graduates.
• Experience in back-office operations or administrative roles desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Amenable for fixed night shift.

Responsibilities

• Process and index cases accurately in the system per procedures.
• Perform thorough checks to eliminate financial errors and ensure compliance.
• Meet service levels and be on-call on Saturdays and holidays as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams, supporting production work and capacity.
• Identify and suggest process improvements and help expand team capabilities.
