Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Conversion Senior Coordinator to manage end-to-end processing of new business cases, from application review to contract number assignment and client information setup for a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires handling highly regulated funds with strong accuracy and compliance, offering collaboration across teams and occasional on-call duties. Hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines is provided.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in back-office operations or administrative roles is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Amenable for fixed night shift

Responsibilities

• Process and index cases accurately in the system per established methods and procedures
• Perform thorough checks to eliminate financial errors and ensure compliance
• Meet service levels, including overtime during peak weeks and being on-call on Saturdays and holidays as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams, manage leaves, and support team capacity
• Identify and suggest process improvements and help expand team capabilities
