Job summary

Manulife Financial in the Philippines is seeking a Middle Office Onboarding Specialist to drive end-to-end onboarding and implementation across fund and retirement products. You will manage account setup, documentation, data validation, and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with financial systems, and a willingness to work a night shift with on-site requirements in UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City or Newtown Mactan, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Onboarding, Middle office, or Investment Operations.
• Knowledge of fund onboarding, 401k/defined contribution, or trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with financial systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end onboarding and implementation activities across funds and retirement products.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners for account setup and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• Manage documentation, onboarding workflows, and client communications.
• Execute system setup and validate data integrity across platforms.
• Analyze datasets, reconcile discrepancies, and support data conversions.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Handle escalations and manage complex, high-priority cases.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI and automation to optimize workflows.
