Lean Solutions Group (LSG) seeks an HR Onboarding Compliance Specialist to ensure employment eligibility and onboarding compliance across the organization. You will oversee background screening adjudication, I-9 and work authorization compliance, drug screening, and visa/immigration documentation while maintaining audit readiness.

As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Experience, Operations, HR Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• Expertise in employment eligibility and onboarding compliance.
• Experience with background screening and adjudication.
• Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, and immigration documentation.
• Ability to implement process improvements and automation.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage pre-employment background screenings.
• Adjudicate results per matrix and laws.
• Assess criminal history for job-relatedness.
• Decide hire eligibility and risk determinations.
• Coordinate adverse action notices.
• Manage I-9 records and audits.
• Handle drug screening, visa documentation, and monitoring.
• Develop compliance reports and dashboards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Partner with TA, Operations, Legal for compliant onboarding.
