Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities coordination or related roles.
• Experience with workplace experience platforms or IWMS.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and vendor relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in CMMS or work order systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily soft facilities services including janitorial cleaning, waste removal, recycling programs, restroom supplies, pest control.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and quality inspections across office spaces and common areas.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison with soft services contractors and vendors, monitoring performance and escalating issues.
• Manage workplace amenities and ensure stock levels across break rooms and cafeterias.
• Respond to occupant requests through CMMS/workplace apps and dispatch related work orders.
