Founder+1 Ventures is seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for startup clients and internal initiatives. The role involves demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to drive cost, quality, and service targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong forecasting, analytics, and vendor-management skills, with experience in startup or fast-paced consulting environments.

Formación

• Strong demand planning and forecasting skills with ability to interpret market data and client requirements.
• Advanced analytical skills to assess supply chain performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in supply management and procurement, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proficiency in inventory management, including setting stock levels, monitoring turnover, and preventing stockouts or Overstock.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in startup, consulting, or fast-paced environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with supply chain planning tools, ERP systems, and spreadsheet software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for client startups and internal initiatives.
• Analyze demand trends and forecast requirements to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts or excess stock.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Develop scalable supply chain strategies tailored to startup clients.
