The role involves demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to drive cost, quality, and service targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong forecasting, analytics, and vendor-management skills, with experience in startup or fast-paced consulting environments.

• Experience in supply management and procurement, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proficiency in inventory management, including setting stock levels, monitoring turnover, and preventing stockouts or Overstock.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in startup, consulting, or fast-paced environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with supply chain planning tools, ERP systems, and spreadsheet software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks

Role Description

The Supply Chain Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Metro Manila. This role oversees end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply management to support client startups and internal initiatives. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include analyzing demand trends, forecasting requirements, managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and monitoring stock levels to maintain optimal inventory. The Supply Chain Manager will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, implement process improvements, track key performance indicators, and ensure that supply chain activities align with cost, quality, and service targets.
