Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu is seeking a Senior Manager – Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution. You will drive cost optimization, service levels, and availability of products in line with business requirements.

You will oversee demand planning, supplier management, and process improvements, while guiding a team across multiple sites to achieve strategic objectives and strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, planning, inventory, or related functions.
• At least 3–5 years of managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain management experience.
• Experience managing multiple supply chain functions (demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics).
• Proven leadership of end-to-end supply chain operations in large, multi-site organizations.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the overall supply chain function across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Provide strategic recommendations on risks and opportunities in supply chain.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to balance availability and inventory.
• Develop supply plans based on forecasts, trends, and inventory levels.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify gaps between projected and actual demand.
• Oversee procurement and supplier management for timely sourcing.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, lead time, reliability, and service.
• Establish inventory policies across warehouses and branches.
• Optimize inventory to balance availability with working capital and cost.
• Oversee warehouse and distribution operations, capacity and costs.
• Review processes for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Coach and develop the supply chain team; set KPIs and development goals.
