Job summary

Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and ethical Social Service Coordinator to lead core programs and services, alongside a long-running public service TV program. The role is full-time, on-site, and project-based in Quezon City.

The candidate will oversee full-cycle case management, coordinate with medical professionals and partner institutions, and ensure documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Guidance Counseling, Community Development, Development Studies or related helping profession.
• Professional licensure within the applicant's discipline is highly desirable.
• Experience in case management, program implementation, community services, psychosocial support, healthcare coordination, or related social service work.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage existing Foundation programs and services (medical assistance, referrals, missions, psychosocial support).
• Ensure programs align with objectives, guidelines, and resources; support continuous improvement.
• Manage full cycles of client cases from intake to closure; coordinate referrals with hospitals and partners.
• Coordinate beneficiaries for the TV program; ensure ethical handling, consent, and privacy compliance.
• Provide staff welfare coordination; address welfare matters within professional boundaries.
• Contribute to safeguarding, documentation systems, and compliance; strengthen workflows toward international best practice.
