Job summary

Good Neighbors is seeking a project lead to oversee timely, high-quality implementation of all project components across Montalban, Bulacan, Sitio Bakal, and Tingloy. The role requires coordinating with partners, government agencies, and donors while ensuring alignment with objectives and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development, or related field and 3–5 years of progressive project management experience, with exposure to livelihood and youth

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of all project components across multiple sites including Tingloy, Sitio Bakal, Montalban and Bulacan.
• Serve as primary liaison with key partners and government agencies, international donors, and corporate partners.
• Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation systems to track project outcomes.
• Proactively address implementation challenges through coordination, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Job description

Lead and oversee the successful, timely, and high-quality implementation of all project components across Montalban, Bulacan, Sitio Bakal, and Tingloy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison with key partners, develop and manage monitoring and evaluation systems to track project outcomes, and proactively address implementation challenges through effective coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within an NGO development context
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-site projects, including coordination with government agencies (especially TESDA), international donors, and corporate partners
• Demonstrated experience in livelihood, vocational training (both technical and BPO), or youth empowerment programs is essential
• Experience managing projects with budgets similar in scale and with multiple funding sources is a strong advantage
