Job summary

Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation is seeking a Production Assistant for on-site work in Quezon City. This part-time, project-based role supports all stages of production from pre-production to post-airing, ensuring timely, well-documented, and recoverable work.

You will coordinate schedules, shoots, and materials; assist during shoots with basic audio, lighting, and equipment setup; manage transcripts and archiving; and maintain a tight feedback loop to keep airing on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, call sheets, and logistics for shoots
• Track production requirements (permits, releases, approvals)
• Ensure materials are complete before shoot and airing deadlines
• Assist during shoots with basic audio setup and monitoring
• Lighting setup and adjustments
• Equipment preparation and troubleshooting
• Transcribe interviews, scripts, and relevant segments accurately
• Organize raw and final materials into structured storage
• Ensure files are clearly labeled, versioned, retrievable
• Maintain complete archive of episodes, permits and releases
• Escalate issues to avoid airing delays
