Job summary

Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation is seeking a Social Service Coordinator to lead core programs, provide case management, and coordinate with medical partners from a compassionate, structured, and ethical perspective. The role is based on-site in Quezon City and supports the Foundation’s TV program alongside its welfare services.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree, licensure is desirable, and experience in social services, healthcare coordination, and program implementation.

• Excellent documentation and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycles of client and beneficiary cases from intake to closure
• Coordinate treatment referrals with hospitals, doctors, and partner institutions
• Maintain confidential, audit-ready case records
• Coordinate beneficiaries for the Foundation’s TV program
• Support staff welfare coordination within professional boundaries
• Ensure compliance with ethics, privacy, and regulatory guidelines
