Job summary

Emerson is seeking a service engineer to lead on-site execution of analytical system services. You will handle gas and liquid analyzers, SWAS, GC, and related equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to procedures.

You will prepare site reports, coordinate with engineering teams, and provide installation, commissioning, AMC/ARC support while maintaining data and calendars for service activities.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge on Gas and Liquid Analytical Systems including sample handling.
• Experience with On-site service execution and timely delivery to customers.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas analytical systems and plant processes.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for on-site service execution and completion with customer satisfaction.
• Ensure services follow Emerson standards and are completed within schedule.
• Prepare site visit reports and obtain customer sign-off after each job.
• Respond to customer queries, escalate as needed, and ensure corrective actions.
• Follow Emerson QMS and procedures and maintain standards.
• Provide technical support to Project/Engineering departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with Emerson analytical services and technologies.
• Provide installation, commissioning, AMC and ARC service support; keep calendars updated.
• Manage LTSA, shutdown and audit activities.
• Maintain service visit data/reports/backups for various service calls.
• Maintain knowledge of Gas and Liquid Analyticals and related systems.
