Job summary

Grepcor Diamonde, Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure accurate diagnostics and smooth operation of laboratory equipment at client sites. You will install, calibrate, and train users, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose and repair diagnostic devices to minimize downtime.

You will travel as needed to provide field support, build strong client relationships, and uphold high service standards in a dynamic lab environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electronics Engineer (REQUIRED).
• 1+ year of experience as Field Service Engineer or similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing lab equipment.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Willing to travel for field support.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and calibrate laboratory equipment at client sites.
• Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic devices.
• Respond to service calls onsite or remotely with effective solutions.
• Build lasting client partnerships through excellent service.
