Job summary

Medical Trends & Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain analyzers and lab equipment.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on medical devices, both onsite and remotely, and manage demo units with user training and retrieval. You will also handle delivery of analyzers and parts, submit quotations and spare parts requests, and monitor inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Field Service Engineer (medical devices and biomedical/diagnostics background preferred, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience welcome)
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills in medical machinery
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain analyzers and lab equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machines onsite or remotely. Conduct preventive maintenance bi-monthly on assigned units. Install and manage demo units, including user training and post-demo retrieval.
• Deliver analyzers, spare parts, and repaired/swapped units to customers.
• Prepare daily activity, expense, and bi-monthly accomplishment reports. Submit requests for quotations, spare parts, service units, and swap units. Monitor spare parts inventory.
• Collect payments from distributors, dealers, and direct accounts.
• Promote MEDTEK and MAN PHARMA products, and Customer Care engineering services.
