Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of maintenance, modification, calibration, and testing of analyzer instruments.
• Perform specialized instrumentation troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Conduct routine monitoring and maintenance to ensure analyzer systems availability.
• Report problems and possible solutions to supervisor
• Receive instructions, work orders and safety permits for the troubleshooting, repair, calibration, replacement or overhaul requirements of equipment
• Complete modifications, changes and data collection of analyzers and sample and systems
• Perform routine monitoring of sample handling systems and gas cylinder replacements
• Maintain calibration gases for analyzer
• To improve existing process analyzer systems while working with others on your team.
• To perform preventative maintenance and take corrective action necessary to ensure things stay in good working order.
• Ensure that all the work is carried out according to safe working procedures, safety permits, and regulations
