Job summary

Agilent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a field services professional to support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of Agilent and multi-vendor systems.

This role requires on-site work at customer sites with extensive travel and collaboration across Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to deliver integrated solutions. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent and typically have 6+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• Typically at least 6+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to support customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
• Performs maintenance and repair services.
• Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configurations.
• Collaborates with Agilent teams to provide solutions to customers.
