Job summary

Armada Brands, based in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Warehouse Manager to run daily warehouse operations including WMS/OMS management, inventory control, inbounding, fulfillment, QA, and cost management for accurate flow from stock to customer orders.

You will lead the warehouse team, develop processes, forecast capacity, and scale operations as we grow. 3–5 years of leadership experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing warehouse operations.
• Proven inventory accuracy and shrinkage control.
• Strong data skills and Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of LGU permits and safety standards.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• On-site, full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Oversee inbounding, storage, fulfillment, QA.
• Lead and develop warehouse team.
