• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and develop strategic sales plans.
• Effective leadership, team-building, and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Cabuyao and conducting regular client visits within the region.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software); familiarity with supply chain or asset monitoring systems is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and alignment with sustainability-focused values.
