• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations; Japanese cuisine or casual dining is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
