Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions in Batangas City is seeking a Recruitment Officer for on-site work. You will manage online recruitment sites, conduct phone interviews, handle candidate communications, perform background checks, and assist in trainee transitions.

Starting salary is PHP 13,000–14,000 with basic government-mandated benefits and opportunities for promotion. Training lasts 5–7 days, with dayshift Monday to Friday and potential for regularization.

• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in recruitment or outbound calls is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement current recruitment processes (online recruitment sites, HRMS software).
• Make outbound calls for phone interviews and scheduling for training.
• Send text messages and/or email reminders to applicants.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant to trainee.
• Create reports and provide advice on recruitment strategies.
• Participate in training to become an HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
