Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Avida and Amaia properties; conduct site presentations.
• Schedule and attend property viewings; guide clients through the end-to-end sales process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; coordinate with internal teams for documentation and after-sales support.
• Participate in marketing events, property fairs, and campaigns to generate leads.
