Job summary

KTC Solutions Philippines, Inc. in Nueva Ecija is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to ensure construction work, materials and deliverables meet drawings, specs, and contract requirements.

You will work with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, subcontractors, and client reps to identify defects and document inspections. The role requires a Civil Engineering background, at least 3 years in QA/QC on construction projects, strong documentation skills, and the ability to read plans and specifications for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related construction field.
• At least 3 years of QA/QC experience on construction projects.
• Working knowledge of construction inspection, materials testing, drawing review, and quality documentation.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and communicate findings clearly to site teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital inspection or document control tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on site at Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija.
• Preferred: Experience with government, military, or international client projects and familiarity with formal inspection and turnover procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and quality requirements before work begins.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify that they match approved submittals and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections at required stages of construction, including work performed by subcontractors.
• Witness or coordinate required tests and maintain accurate inspection and test records.
• Identify nonconforming work, issue reports, and track corrective actions through closure.
• Coordinate inspection requests and quality concerns with the project team and client representatives.
• Verify that completed work is ready for acceptance, punch listing, and turnover.
• Maintain organized quality records, including checklists, test results, material approvals, nonconformance reports, and as-built documentation.
• Report recurring quality issues and recommend practical steps to prevent them.
