Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. is seeking a Planning Specialist to support development, updating, and monitoring of project schedules for a major pumped storage project in Rizal or Laguna.

The role involves hands-on planning at the site, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align activities with approved plans. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of planning experience in infrastructure or energy projects, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project,

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for infrastructure, energy, industrial, or construction projects.
• Hands-on experience using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel for schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Onsite-based construction or project execution experience is required.
• Experience in hydropower, renewable energy, or other major capital projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of baselines schedules, look-ahead planning, progress measurement, milestone tracking, and schedule variance reporting.
• Willing to be assigned full-time at the project site in Rizal or Laguna.
• Certification in planning, scheduling, or project management is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and monitor site construction schedules with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and project controls teams to collect progress updates.
• Track actual progress against baseline and look-ahead schedules, flag delays and risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly site progress reports, planning updates, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Maintain short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate updates with site teams.
• Validate schedule logic, sequencing, milestones, resources, and contractor submissions.
• Identify schedule constraints and interface issues affecting project timelines.
• Prepare progress measurement inputs with Cost Control for performance tracking.
• Attend site planning meetings, progress reviews, and contractor discussions.
• Maintain planning records, updates, progress data and audit documents.
• Support change management by providing schedule inputs for scope changes and site instructions.
• Ensure planning activities comply with project controls procedures and site requirements.
