Job summary

SN Aboitiz Power Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hydropower initiatives from concept to construction. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and coordinate with regulators, sponsors, and communities to ensure project success.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, with extensive travel to project sites and stakeholders within the power sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction management or business development in the power sector.
• Experience with regulatory agencies, government and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of large-scale renewable energy or hydropower projects.
• Willingness to travel long distances and manage site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team through integration of processes, knowledge and people.
• Align project objectives with sponsor strategies and strategic objectives.
• Evaluate activities from concept to construction per industry standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, milestones, and external vendors.
• Interface with Finance, Legal, Regulatory and other functions to balance goals.
• Create and maintain project charter and communications plans.
• Report progress to management and shareholders regularly.
• Develop relationships to support project goals and advocacy.
