Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with heavy civil site works and hydropower or large-scale infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DPWH, ASTM, ACI codes and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project tracking tools.
• 1–5 years of civil engineering experience in relevant projects.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Rizal or Laguna locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily monitoring and supervision of civil construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure plans and specs are followed.
• Conduct site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting of milestones.
• Review drawings, method statements, submittals, and RFIs; raise concerns to Civil Lead.
• Support QA/QC inspections and ensure work meets standards.
• Document project records: reports, logs, inspection forms, and as-builts.
• Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, electro-mechanical, and environmental teams.
• Enforce site safety protocols and EHS requirements.
• Assist in resolving site-level technical issues with engineers and contractors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership.
