Bosch Service Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle incoming calls and deliver superior service according to program guidelines. The role supports vehicle owners with account questions, subscription issues, and remote features like Connected Drive.

Applicants should be capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment, with prior call center or customer service experience preferred. On-site night shifts and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred.
• Amenable to work on nightshift, holidays and working on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package.
• Assists customers with account and subscription related inquiries; refunds, enrollments, changes, account updates, credentials, etc.
• Provides support over the phone to the Police when a vehicle is reported stolen, following protocols.
• Provides support to clients in topics related to Connected Drive such as remote unlock, purchase of apps for the vehicle, set up and connect the mobile phone to the car app, set up the customer account.
• Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.
• Performs other functions related to the position.
