Bosch Service Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Associate to answer incoming calls and deliver excellent service to vehicle owners, following program guidelines and call center standards.

You will handle account and subscription inquiries, including refunds and updates, support Connected Drive topics, and maintain professionalism with colleagues and managers. Fresh graduates are welcome, and on-site night shifts with holiday coverage are required; several allowances

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred.
• Amenable to work on nightshift, holidays and working on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package.
• Assists customers with account and subscription related inquiries; refunds, enrollments, changes, account updates, credentials, etc.
• Provides support over the phone to the Police when a vehicle is reported stolen, following the established protocols.
• Provides support to clients in topics related to Connected Drive such as remote unlock, purchase of apps, set up and connect the mobile phone to the car app, set up the customer account.
• Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.
• Performs other functions related to the position.
